They may have been meaning the Shops at the former Kettle Moraine Railway in Wisconsin. That is the shop that is working on the WP&Y #69 and eventually a reclaimed from Skagway River 4-6-0 #66? I think the Milw 261 crew have enough to do with the 4-8-4. Unless they are going into the loco rebuild business?
