For sure, which helps to narrow down the dates when things changed.
So, being a linear thinker, what I have with everyone’s help on a date for the turntable inside the engine house, is:

1893 receivers inventory - lists a turntable as per here [

Is all this Correct? If so, it would seem to narrow down the date that the turntable was placed, into the 1893/94 to 1897 period.
