I'll second your motion, John -
Since it reminds me of listening to Roosso trying to sing there way back in 2005, although describing him as sounding like 'a leaky pipe' may be a bit generous.
OTOH, "Mini-" or "Little High Line" is my strong second choice since the cliff there so closely resembles the "real" High Line north of Rockwood. I even vaguely remember seeing more than one photo taken there as being mistakenly captioned as being 'along the High Line north of Rockwood' (probably in a Beebe & Clegg book).
