All of the photos you posted in this thread display normally on my desktop.

The issue with images changing orientation unexpectedly likely has to do with the way some phones handle saving & displaying photos. To save time, battery life, and CPU cycles, those phones rely on rotation data stored in the image EXIF data. More on that here:

Usually when this happens on NGDF (when viewed on a PC), its related to the images being taken with a 'phone' and the phone stores the rotation angle in the EXIF, rather than actually saving the image in the orientation that the operator was holding the phone at the time of 'clicking'. Then when its posted to NGDF, the [older] forum software doesn't read the EXIF data and the image is shown sideways. Its newer phones that store rotation in EXIF, and older systems may not respect that.
