Live stock on the RGS was delivered to Montrose and transfered to standard gauge and run north to Delta and beyond. Montrose had a double set of pens on the north end of the yard. See Narrow Gauge Pictorial on cabooses or Dorman's Gunninson Book for phots. A few shots of the pens are in The Friend's collection that covers Montrose and are Maxwell photos. .
