Let me admit upfront that I'm not a big fan of this kind of effect. That said, I would most likely disagree with Greg and Guy with respect to sharpening, with the proviso that it depends on exactly what you're trying to accomplish. I see two ways to approach this.
1) You're going for an "effect" - an overall feel of an aged photo without heavily affecting the clarity of the original image or..
2) You're focusing on the "fraud" part and would love to actually fool someone into believing this is an aged image.
If you're going for 1, I think you've done a nice job. If 2, I think you're chasing something that's almost impossible to accomplish for reasons that I've seen discussed here in the past. There's almost always something that gives the image away (though I admit I haven't found that something in this shot yet
