I recommend the Railside RV Park in Williams. It's directly adjacent to the GCR Main, located at the North Wye switch between the Car Yard and Mechanical Shop, so you will catch any nighttime switching activities. It's also within easy sight of the Peavine between Williams Jcn. and downtown. The Transcon is just up on the side of the hill, and you should be able to see it as well.
