F&CC #10/Uintah #12, anything happening with this locomotive?

From what I understand #12, the last surviving Uintah locomotive, is kinda sitting around at a mid sized museum near Las Vegas that doesn't have any NG track. Is there any chance of this locomotive being restored? The locomotive was used on the Eureka & Palisade for only 1 year before the railroad was abandoned so its history to the state of Nevada isn't really that significant. Any news about possible restoration, maybe a move back to Colorado (Maybe to the Cross Orchards Museum in Grand Junction, CRRM, or a radical idea that probably will never happen to Silverton as I believe this locomotive was almost exactly the same as SN #3/4)? Does the museum there really want it as it seems the poor thing had been sitting there for a while in a section of the museum you can't access without asking for permission to.
