Is this the locomotive located in Boulder City at the rail museum? I know I have asked this question before and I believe it was answered, but as I can be as dense as granite, I am just now understanding what I saw a few years back. Provided that 2-8-0 is the same one being discussed here.
I would also have to add that at least at the time I saw it, there was 3' gauge rail there, and Dan Markoff's Flat Car was sitting on it, with handrails and a bench (or two). I assume that E&P 4 makes appearances there and is used to entertain spectators and riders alike.
