Not quite. UV&P was three foot gage and ran from the ATSF "Peavine" at Chino Valley to Jerome.
The Prescott & Arizona Central left the AT&SF Transcon at Seligman down through Chino and eventually to Prescott. It was standard gage and "featuered" very cheap construction which barely kept trains on the rails .... mostly.
The Santa Fe Prescott & Phoenix runs from Ash Fork (AT&SF) to Prescott and Phoenix. Transfer point at Chino Valley with UV&P. Once had a branch from just outside Prescott to Crown King and Poland. (Map from Verde Valley Railroads by Russell Wahmann. )
