Scary as it may sound, I'm going to have to somewhat agree with Jay. Sometimes emotions tend to run high on certain issues.
I think you'll find that the issues that impact shop productivity, including continuity (of priorities, etc), morale, and money are all being addressed, with varying rates of success.
I doubt anyone would argue that increased shop capacity, manpower, or even increased outsourcing could speed up the rebuilding process. Its been discussed before and probably still is on the table, simply waiting for adequate funding to become available.
Word is, the shop crew is making LOTS of good things happen with what they currently have to work with. IMO What they mostly need more of, and don't have, is time.
I'll let others with more knowlege than me address this or not as they see fit. But if somebody happens to find a magic wand that makes all these problems simply go away, would they consider lending it to the EBT once the C&TS is back on track?
