I think also that the D&RG Denver depot was in West Denver, to what before DUD was in operation or 1879-1880. After DUD was created this stone structure became the D&RGW Denver freight depot. Also showing the rebuilt bridges over Cherry Creek that were a total washout or flooding in 1878.
This D&RG former pass/freight depot (1879-1880) can be seen in the upper right of this scene taken from atop DUD (1882).
