I'm sorry but I can not fathom your directions; As for the names of the streets and alleyways has me beat.

I don't see the platform in a street nor the 2 white dots either. Where are the white dots that you see in relation to the "B" I put on the enlargement in my post?

Are you confusing a large shadow cast on the street by the Germaina House as a platform? There is a person on a horse below the "Barberpole", next on the right I see a brick chimneytop that appears to be in the street, this would be on an addition mostly hidden by the tree, is that what you mean?

I've stared down many a Semaphore signal from the cab over the years but sorry, I can't see one in your picture. A Semaphore signal would be of no use in a Street.
