Interesting map. It does not show a building where the building in question is. it also shows a siding that would have edged the platform on the end of the building although there is no sign of that siding in the photo.

Locate the platform at the end of the building. Then let your eye slowly move up along the edge of the platform until it almost intersects the roof. There abouts, you should see two white dots parallel to the rail road. In-between those dots you will find the rectangular part of the semaphore. Once you see it you will easily recognise it too, I think.

Use the track width as a yardstick, estimate the length of the building.
