Are you seeing a "pile of Ties" at "C", that to me looks like a couple of Passenger cars that have moved back into position during the exposure as Rails seem to be visible.
The rails of the siding will be hidden by the roof Gable and at least 3 coalcars.
Again I doubt a Train Order board would be on a siding track if that is what you are calling a Semaphore. Again I don't see it.
