I have heard that said a number of times about that turntable, but can you explain how they used it to keep the loco on the front of the train going up and down, without extra sidings to run around the train I just can't see it being done! I can see that they could turn the loco so it was always working forward (which sort of makes sense) but how did it get to the other end???
