I'm not involved with their organization at all, but according to their website, there has been a turntable at Laws since the depot was built in 1883. The whole town was torn down in 1959 with the exception of the depot, agent's house, oil and water tanks and the turntable, which have since become the museum proper.

That said, their website also says that the turntable doesn't turn anymore.
