But ...   but ...  that's it for me from the "Olden Days".  Negatives, that is.  I've long since posted all of my non-fuzzy shots, done with a much better and cinder-free camera, in 1968.  When I called those early-sixties shots "Moldy Oldies", I wasn't kidding.  Those last two rolls from '66 '67* are so fuzzy I don't dare post them any larger, I'd be mustered out of the Loyal Order of Foamers & Curmudgeons for causing cataracts and detached retinas!

* I did find my tin box of 'not for prime time' slides, though.  There is one set clearly labeled "August 28, 1967", taken earlier in the day than the B&W 'Osier to Chama' negatives posted above.  This confirms the date that Ernie noted in his email (above), as it is clearly the same train.  Pseudo-sepia versions of the slides are posted at [ngdiscussion.net].   There was also a set of mostly underexposed slides labeled "August 16, 1966", a very few of which I'll post below.
