Which article does "This" article refer to - the 1956 "

Darkness", or the 1969 'Blizzard' article?
SFAIK, the April, 1956 issue of
TRAINS was the best one ever published, and IMHO should be reproduced in its entirety as a special issue of 'Classic Trains' for those too young (not yet Curmudgeonly enough) to have a copy of the original one stashed away.
