What is the meaning of the whistle signal at the 3:36 point in the first
video? The signal is long-short-shot and the second engine replies with
short-short.

Also I noticed in some of the other videos that you gave a whistle
signal of long-short-short-short and the second engine replies with
short-short-short. Does this mean "We're going to stop at the next
siding/water tank/station?" and the signal from the second engine
means "Yes, I understand that we are going to stop at the next
siding/water tank/station"?
