Here are a few more reasons, Miller -

Along with #483, #484 was in use the first season that the C&TS hauled passengers.  IIRC, she pulled the first C&TS revenue train while #483 was undergoing some minor maintenance during the summer of 1971.

#484 doubleheaded with #483 on the C&TS second Moonlight Dinner Train on September 22, 1972, and a month later on the first photo freight - the 'Toltec Rattler' of October 22, 1972.   The fortieth anniversary of the latter train will fall on the Thursday of Pete Lerro's charters in October this year ...   See [ngdiscussion.net] and [ngdiscussion.net] for some photos taken nearly 40 years ago.
