The 484 is my favorite as well and I personally like the change with the plow on. This will mean the 488 and 489 will be plowless now. I think it is very interesting to visit the C&TS time after time and see the engines with and without plows. It provides for variety in pictures!

I doubt it will be permanent. Probably on for this entire season and maybe next year as well but then it might shift to the 488 or 489. Only the 487 has the plow permanently because the plow is it's pilot, where as this plow fits on top of the K-36's pilot. Note in the picture blow, you can see the 488's pilot through the plow where the 487 doesn't have this. From what I understand, the C&TS has two plows, the one that is always on the 487 and the one that move around from the other engines.
