Not long ago we were talking about some D&RGW 3000 box cars using the split brake cylinder and photos of two cars were shown at Rockwood I think.

So the dumb question of the day is.

Did these cars use the same brake rod and lever layout as the other 3000 box cars using the one part cylinder? Or did they have the same brake rod and lever layout as used on earlier cars using the split brake cylinder? Any one know?
