rdmstr...I agree.
NEITHER engineering outfits thought it essential to investigate the WHOLE bridge, including footings, abutments, span supports, especially when structural shifting unrelated to the fire was found??????????
My fantasy remodeled house now includes a heavier-framed second story for added insulation, another a/c unit, etc. But I never had my 130-year-old footings, stem walls, lower story evaluated to bear the increased weight.
Huh????? That's foolish, irrational...and dangerous!
So now, is there a THIRD inspection coming, a continuation of the latest one...or is that all there is?
And yeah, what happened to the Cascade inspection???
The materials analysis addendum to the latest "report" apparently IDs Lobato's metal as mild steel.
When will this soap opera end?
