#3's tender photo?

My dad passed away nine years ago and I still haven't gone through all his photos and negatives, but my mom put two photos from our 1954 visit to the Q&TL into an an album, probably because my brother and I were in them. Here's a photo of a tender, blocked up off the frame as you describe. Presumably the #3's. The caboose in the background was still in pretty decent shape, as was the water tank in the other photo.
