The guys over at Coronado Scale Models sent me the following.

Supposedly the steel bridges across the Gila and Frisco Rivers were manufactured by the Phoenix Bridge Co. and were purchased 2nd hand from the Kansas City, Fort Scott & Memphis (Frisco RR) in Missouri in 1900.

They don't have any info on the first bridge. In fact the first bridge seems to get confused with the Owl Canyon bridge that I visited last year.
