Although it's been about 10 years since we've been there, I would suspect one needs to jack up the roof, rebuild the foundation and floor and walls, put the roof back down and rebuild the roof!
While this sounds like an old contractor's joke, it's not far from the truth--however, as a preservationist, the rebuilding would save as much of the original fabric as possible. Ten years ago there were soft spots in the floor, and sags in the structure's interior walls that all indicated some reconstruction was needed then. I'm certain it hasn't gotten better, unless the work has been done!
