It is amazing that models do not understand that things change over the life of a machine.
Despite the well recorded changes to the K-27s, to assume that the K-37s (arguably the most non-standard class from the D&RGW NG when first built) they seem to think that shop men try to match 100% of the bends and injector locations as well as handrails and smoke stacks (K28s with and without fake diamonds) is amazing. If they are trying to match a model to a particular locomotive in a specific photo on a specific date, then there is a point.
Oh well.
