Swissboy:
PSC imported the original On3 K-37's almost 30 years ago and I have to chuckle at your comments as not much has changed in the ensuing 30 years. I suppose I could remind you of the old saying "that you get what you pay for" since the brass models were one of the most detail laden On3 models ever produced by PSC. This is not to say they don't also have their share of "issues" and perhaps Mike Trent will jump in here to share his thoughts as well. If you want to compare your MMI version I suggest you get copies of the magazine Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette, issues from September/ October 1997 through the March/ April 1998 as they published Al Armitage's / PSC plans with prototype photos that you can compare your model against. Also see Grandt's Pictorials Vol I and XI which cover the K-37's.
