Thanks for the amplification and clarifications, Dick. You just verified my opinion that this historic preservation business is a convoluted business with many ways to step on your own udder.

The fact that the new tender logo inside that rectangle causes me to ask: Was this designed and applied with full knowledge and cooperation of the people charged with the responsibility of maintaining the historical integrity? Or was it done on a whim? I don't know, but the answer would be telling.
