I take 6MP images with my DSLR; when I post them, I use a program called Porta, obtainable here:

[www.stegmann.dk]

It produces a directory complete with all the html pages and reduced-size images for uploading to my web page, most albums produced in about 4sec. Here's an example:

With Flash:

Without Flash:
