Out of the $16 15% goes to HIT Entertainment for the rights, 15% goes for the locomotive rental. Other costs are moving the big blue push toy, paying for the promotion (advertising), clowns, the "Sir Toppen Hatt" player(s), entertainment, tent and toilet rentals, security, etc. And HIT even takes a percentage of the Thomas retail sales.
