aaah -- to fire the no 3 is a lot more fun and challenging than the No. 19. At times you have wet/green wood where there is water/sap pouring out the ends making steam in the fire box.

Dan, maybe a FFD program with the no 3 would be more interesting and it surely is more work if you can keep up the steam and water all the way to Sumpter. A lot of crews need to stop and build up steam part of the way up to Sumpter.
