Although nothing definite I did hear directly this summer from a pretty good source that 463 would very likely follow the 489 overhaul. Although 463 can't haul the payload of a K-36 or 37 and would be primarily used for doubleheading, there seems to be "significant" private funds available to support the overhaul. Stay tuned.
