Readers of Jeff Terry's column in RAILFAN & RAILROAD magazine will recall his recent piece on steam machinery shows with operating steam locomotives. Included were likes of Rollag, MN with their SOO Line 0-6-0 and Williams Grove, PA with their PRR 0-6-0.
Here's one with a neat little engine. The Connecticut Antique Machinery Association near Kent, CT now has Dr. Richard May's ex-Hawaiian Railway 3-foot gauge Baldwin-built 2-4-2 #5 on its narrow gauge demonstration railroad.

The museum has been offering rides during their semi-annual shows behind a small Plymouth locomotive. They also have--as a static display--the ex-Argent Lumber Company 3-foot gauge Porter-built 2-8-0 #4 which was once displayed at Edaville.
