Good question, Jack. I will be candid here: Frankly, at this point, I really do not know. Obviously the CHS didn't plan well enough financially for the future. I am not much of a business person, but I, along with nearly every one of my GTL colleagues, laughed when we read the CHS RFI a couple of years ago. It as a big surprise that anyone would even bid on the thing, as the operator would be bound to go broke. It was apparent even to a non-finance person like me.
So, at this point, I don't know what I would do. Obviously there is a funding problem.
