Okay, they got some small details wrong (by the way, you forgot the oversize lettering on the tender.) Every single one one of them can be fixed with a coat of paint! The lettering on the tender has been fixed. Steven T. has said that the cab roof will be painted black and now he has enquired about the correct paint scheme for the number plate.
The exposed wood will probably be painted shortly as it is the best way to preserve it as well as adhering to authenticity. About the only thing left is to paint the boiler bands and running board edges.
Why are you going off like this? I strongly suspect that even if they do everything to make the #9 correct, you will still be incensed that these "blunders" occurred in the first place!
There comes a point where the constant complaining is so incestant and illogical that it ceases to be persuasive and simply becomes obnoxiously irritating. I would urge you to consider this before continuing your current "vendetta".
