John,
I agree with you that at least one part of this order would never come to pass. If 478-494W must wait at Ignacio for 498-486E, then either the meet with 497E or the need for 497W to be superior to 498-486E is unnecessary verbiage. It would certainly have made more sense for 497W to be made superior to 478-494W under the circumstances. There is no indication that 497 would be involved in multiple movements between points.
I didn't know, but assumed that Carbon Jct must have a register since the orders for the branch were specified separately.
