Kim, thanks for a heartfelt and accurate description of the situation. I can only hope that what Governor Richardson told you comes to be. Boy, you sure didn't know what you were getting into back in April 2000, now did you. But we (and the railroad) were sure lucky that you said yes. Thanks a thousand times over.
