I am not a lobbyist, however I have received tips for making letters count:
Personally sent (snail mail) typed letters count the most - handwritten envelops. Stamp - no postage meter!
One page one subject.
If coming from a Colorado or NM resident write your Represenative and Senator in addition to the Governor and LFC (NM) and JBC (Colorado) CC your state RR commissioners as a courtesy
Emails count the least - but they do count when delivered by a live person.
The RR needs all the help it can get and it is up to readers of all NG boards to write those letter NOW.
I have received personal phone calls from my Colorado Reps, indicating their support.
Colorado funding is an uphill battle and we all need to help.
