OK, Mr. West, I'll bite.
Why do you doubt this is relevant (which, BTW is the correct spelling)?
Given the Commission's ongoing failure to maintain a stable organization and operation, the only thing backstopping the existence of the C&T is the support of NM & CO citizens. I don't think this is irrelevant. But I'd like to here why you do.
