Customer stranded on the mountain

I think last year was the only year that I remember in quite a while that buses were not needed to get people back to Chama or Antonito because of a problem with the train. Buses were called out on stand by last year but were not needed to go get customers off the mountain.
The commission really needs to keep customer safety in mind when they make decisions about buses. I also think John Crafts post should tell the commission they need to look at the total numbers not just the expense numbers.
