Kevin,
We have shots of the Cuban engine in our Cuba video. Porta messed with stuff in Cuba. Just like in South Africa it essentially was meaningless in the end!! Just another customizing of a perfectly good locomotive.
Again I am all for preserving steam, but I always felt these ventures were going nowhere.
