OK, so comparing the CHS to Pinheads is an insult to Pinheads...
Where I'm going is that since they only have about 55% of the capacity of the former GLRR, it is obvious that ridership is down around 45%. also, even though I am of the opinion that the former operator got the shaft, it's time to stop banging on Railstar. They are doing their best. It is the CHS that is a dismal failiar. I would be ASHAMED were I a member of the CHS, but they obviosly don't understand what their middle initial means.
