Y'know, I'm going to give Railstar some real credit here! If the ridership is ONLY down 45% with ONE underpowered steam engine and one diesel when the previous year there were THREE operable steam engines and at least one diesel then kudos to Railstar! Just remember, the situation is only going to get better with the addition of more steam engines. As long as the CHS keeps from trying to micro-manage Railstar then it should be alright.
