Let's see, they run a five car train, while last years operator ran a 9 car train. 5/9 is is about 56%, so yes, they ARE down about 45%. This speaks well for what might happen when the CHS gives Railstar the hardware they promised.
Look, I feel for the former GLRR folks, but Railstar is NOT the problem. It's the CHS. They are working as hard as they can with what little the pinheads at the CHS have given them.
