There is even a better picture on page 172 of Dorman's "Chili Line". The buildings in the DPL picture are clearly north on the other side of the tracks from the section house. The book's picture was taken in 1915-1920 and does not show the addition on the west side of the building.
I guess there were no structures over by the modern eating house. Just the stock pens and chute across the track as now.
I'm looking at the Osier MOW map in the 1987 edition of "Ticket To Toltec" and it does not show any of these buildings. I think it only mapped RR property. Also it shows a slight realignment of the track just west of the Osier Creek culvert fill.
But I still need to ask, what is that old building further up the hill that is still there? Is it the white two story thing that is in the DPL picture?
