Re: Knott's - a time machine

Yes, Knott's is a Narrow Gauge time machine and it has all the potential to get better. Next year is our 50th Anniversary for the Ghost Town and Calico Railroad. We are planning several activities during the year to commemorate the event. Most notably will be tours of the maintenance facilities, rental of the Durango or Edna for special occasions, cab rides and a host of other fun activities. The public response to this celebration will affect future plans for the Railroad. So tell all your friends about it and come on out in 2001 and help us celebrate 50 years of narrow gauge steam railroading in Southern California!
