What is the conditions (in detail) if the 71 and 60? They have more historic significance to the area than the 111 does. There would be nothing more that would love to see than those two engines in operable conditions again. The CHS must have jumped to some hasty conclusions to find steam engines if they over looked those two old gals. Those two engines were sitting right under their noses and they did not even see them.
