This has all been covered endlessly in previous discussions that can be found in the archives.
In a nutshell, #71 isn't going anywhere. The City of Central City and the Opra House Association will not let it go. Period. It's condition is questionable, but much work and money would be involved to restore it.
#60, like #9 and #74 is completely worn out, and probably has a scorched crown sheet. At least, like #71, it can be decently displayed.
